We harvest and custom process beef, hogs, lamb, goats and buffalo. We take your instructions on cuts and packaging and meet your exact specifications. In addition to standard cuts and products, we also offer several products that will add some excitement to your freezer. Products include:
- Sweet Italian
- Zesty Italian
- Polish Sausage
- Mild, Hot and Extra Sage Breakfast Sausage
Our staff will walk you through the different cuts available, our beef packaging instructions and pork packaging instructions can also give you an idea of what all is available to choose from.
Beef typically hang for an average of 2 weeks so instructions should be called in around that time frame. All other livestock instructions must be called in within a day of drop off.
We are not taking any new USDA (for restaurant/farmers market etc. resale) customers at the moment.
